Ford Craftsman Studios Online Store offers the following Returns Policy:In the highly unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace a damaged or deffective product with a new product. Digital proofs in the the form of computerized embroidery stitch renderings or .jpg images of black and white stencil forms will be delivered prior to work being done on custom products for approval. Work done on your approval is considered as-is unless there is a defect and will be paid in full prior to delivery.
